Editing 1 - Overview
It does not matter what digital camera you use or what type of photographs you like taking, nearly every digital photo can be improved by some basic editing.
It is seldom possible to capture the perfect image, so be prepared to use the tools available.
This series of tips is about "Editing".

In preceding tips we have talked about Composition, and various picture taking techniques - Editing is the polishing and presentation component.
This doesn’t mean buying or downloading lots of expensive or even free photo editing software.
Your devices have built-in photo editing facilities that can be used for basic editing.
- A few digital cameras have limited editing facilities built in.
- Android devices have Android Photos.
- Apple iPhone and iPad devices have iOS Photos.
- Apple Mac has macOS Photos.
- Windows PC has Windows Photos.
- Google Photos is available on all platforms
(except digital cameras).
- Microsoft Word also has editing capabilities.

The question ultimately becomes "Which photo editing tool should I use?"
The operation of the various editing tools is similar, although some do it better than others, and not all options are available with all tools.
